Estate Planning 101
Making a plan for transferring your assets when you pass away is not particularly fun. It is vitally important to help protect your property and build economic resilience for your family. Without an estate plan, your assets will pass under Oregon law, and not necessarily to the people or in the order you’d like them to.
The Estate Planning 101 Webinar gives an overview of basic estate planning tools to help protect your assets to benefit your loved ones after you are gone, and to protect yourself in case of illness or injury prior to your passing. Simple legal tools can avoid an expensive, public, and conflict-producing process in the probate courts and provide you with the care you need throughout your life.
Our expert presenter today is Ekua Hackman.
