Wendi is a small business owner and retired college educator. Before devoting herself to adult education, Wendi had a 26-year career spanning multiple industries: editorial and publishing, co-owner of an export business, sales or marketing manager for two infrared technology companies, and general manager for a medical equipment manufacturer. Her 15-year teaching career included graduate and undergraduate level courses in innovation, marketing, quality management, and for Marylhurst University, sustainable leadership and sustainability marketing.
She has received multiple excellence in teaching awards, holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and has earned a Certificate in Sustainable Enterprises from Willamette University. When she is not found on an Mt. Hood trail or road biking with her husband, she writes business blogs, consults (ISO/marketing), and mentors young entrepreneurs.
